Booking Terms and Conditions
Term Time
-
Full Term Booking: Upon placing a booking for the entire term, K.A.T.S require a two-week advance payment when booking is made and from there on, regular weekly payments.

Part Time & Casual bookings: Require payment before or within the week of the booked session.

If accounts fall into arrears of two weeks, your child will lose their booked session until account is paid in full.

If accounts are not paid up to date no future booking will be accepted until such time that accounts are paid off
Holiday Programme

A minimum of a 50% deposit is required to retain the booking, with full payment to be received by the end of the first week, or a payment plan agreed upon with K.A.T.S.

A weeks’ notice of cancelation is required before the commencement of the booked session. If this happens your 50% deposit will be returned to you. If cancelations do not occur with a weeks’ notice there will be no refund.

If you have outstanding accounts from Term Time bookings, you will not have your holiday bookings accepted until payment is made in full.

If account is not paid in full by the end of the holiday period, future bookings will not be accepted until the account is paid.
OSCAR PAYMENTS

Please ensure you get you OSCAR forms in well before Term and Holiday Programmes, so that they can be processed in a timely manner.

If you have over paid, due to late OSCAR payment, K.A.T.S will promptly refund the overpayment as soon as K.A.T.S has established that this has occurred.
